Please obey the 10 MPH speed limit. It keeps the dust to a minimum and protects children, pets and people just out walking.
Marker posts with reflective tape have been placed around the subdivision to help drivers see at night and serve as a road guide in the winter. Please refrain from stealing or damaging them. You may have noticed a shorter version of the posts with Blue tape at the top. These denote the presence of a Water Valve.
